DELIVERY POLICY

All items in our collections are hand made to order. Jewellery orders are usually despatched within 7 days of receipt of order as long as all components are in stock, unless we have contacted you and agreed alternative terms. If an item is out of stock we will notify you.
For all accessories products made from our silk damask or Liberty print fabrics as shown on the danalevy.co.uk website, please allow up to 28 days for delivery as they are hand-made to each customers personal specifications.

If you need your order delivered by a specific date, please call or email us before placing your order to ensure it can be delivered in time.

Jewellery orders are placed in our beautiful signature cotton drawstring gift bags complete with satin ribbon, and wrapped in matching logo tissue paper before being packaged securely and sent out to you. 
Accessories products (Fabric) are wrapped in our signature tissue paper and tied with satin ribbon, before being packaged securely and sent out to you.

If you are sending an item as a gift to someone special, feel free to add a greeting in the ‘special instructions’ box when you place your order and we will add a note with the greeting to the item you have ordered for them and will ensure no receipts are added to the package.
All payments for orders must be received and authorized before shipment.

 

 

UK DELIVERY
All small jewellery orders are sent securely via Royal Mail Recorded 1st class 'Signed for' delivery service, and larger jewellery pieces and lifestyle products are sent via Royal Mail "Special delivery” or via courier depending on product size/weight/value. The price for delivery is calculated automatically according to the number of items you purchase and their combined weight.

Please kindly ensure you insert a daytime delivery address (PO Box addresses are not accepted) as all deliveries will require someone to sign for it.*

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All orders are sent securely via Royal Mail Recorded “International Signed For” delivery. The price for delivery is calculated according to the number of items you purchase and their combined weight.
Please kindly ensure you insert a daytime delivery address (PO Box addresses are not accepted) as all deliveries will require someone to sign for it.*

If you need to trace your parcel please don't hesitate to contact us for your Royal Mail tracking number.

*Please note: If no one is at the delivery address as stated on your order at the time of delivery and able to sign for it, Royal Mail / your local postal service will leave a “Whilst You Were Out” card with instructions of which mail depot to collect it from. If you do not collect it from the depot by the deadline date stated on the card it will be returned to us. If this occurs, we will contact you to rearrange delivery and you will be required to pay an additional postage fee in order for it to be resent to you. If you do not wish to do this, we will refund you on the cost of the order minus the cost of the initial P&P charge on the order.

 

Dana Levy Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

We cannot refund or replace lost orders until 20 working days after the despatch date (30 days for International orders) – this is the set time limit that Royal Mail classes packages as being ‘Lost’.
