This 'Hamsa' hand and eye wrap necklace is a plated chain lariat necklace with beautifully crafted solid 'Hamsa' hand charms at either end and a blue coloured blown glass 'Evil eye' charm centrepiece. The necklace wraps loosely around the neck.
The 'Hamsa' hand serves as an ancient talismanic way of averting harm by providing a ‘protective hand’ over the 5 senses. The ‘Evil eye’ has always been considered as a powerful talisman to defy evil forces. It is an amulet believed to protect against the 'Evil eye'.
