This silk damask Zafu meditation cushion is a must-have for all yoga and meditation devotees. Place the cushion on the floor and sit on it when in 'Lotus' position. The Zafu meditation cushion has an inner case filled with buckwheat hulls and when sat on, it accommodates your body's imprint to enhance comfort whilst sitting on it.
The Zafu's removable outer cover is made from your choice of one of our stunning silk damask fabrics and is lined with luxurious satin, complete with a carry handle and shoulder strap for easy transportation. There is a hidden zip along the side of the outer cover for easy removal of the inner cushion before cleaning the cover.
