• As this name bracelet is a bespoke piece and handmade especially for you, it is non returnable and non refundable. Please ensure that you check all the options chosen for your bracelet including bead colours and the correct spelling of your chosen word as any mistakes made cannot be amended once your order has been placed.
• Our alphabet beads are available in the English alphabet only so names/words on this piece cannot feature letters with accents on them. 
• The acrylic alphabet beads on this bracelet are individual beads and therefore may not all stay in the same position as each other or sit flat. This is not considered a flaw but just their nature. They can easily be repositioned so they sit flat on your wrist by adjusting them lightly with your fingers. Please consider this before you place your order.
