• This necklace is hand crafted using strong and supple jewellery stringing wire cord and secures with a brass lobster clasp and our signature logo tag in your choice of plating.
• This mother of pearl shell alphabet duo ombre Czech glass bead necklace is hand crafted to your bespoke personal specifications and is therefore non exchangeable and non refundable. 
• Some mother of pearl shell alphabet letters ( i.e. H, K, M, N, U, V, W, Y) have a gap at the top in between the 2 sides of the letter threaded along the necklace. This gap is too small to fit a 4mm glass bead so the necklace wire cord will be slightly visible. This is beyond our control. Please consider this when you place your order.
