Due to this production process the smiley charms you receive may not be 100% round or flat and may have ribbed lines along the edges. They may also not be 100% horizontal on the cord due to the holes not always being level. This is done in the production process and therefore beyond our control and not considered defective. Please kindly consider this before you decide to include this option on your phone charm.
